  9. For some reason, the DoSetUpMenus routines for my views are not getting called.
  10.  Does anyone know why?  I have two different windows per document and want to
  11. vary which menu options are available based on which window is up front but
  12. cannot get this to work.  The views themselves are just below the window itself
  13. in the rez file.
